I have spent more than 20 years in business operations, which means I think like an operator, not just a designer. Deadlines, systems, and clear communication are non-negotiable for me.
I started this business because I wanted work that actually fit my life, not the other way around. Building Ardent Creative Hub around the needs of women in marketing was not an accident. It was the whole point.
I am a millennial who grew up watching the internet happen in real time, which means I understand both the old-school value of doing things properly and the new-school need to move fast and adapt. I am not here to overcomplicate things. I am here to make great work and get it done.
